1. Where do I register for the Newsletter?
To register for the Newsletter you need to click on the Newsletter button on the menu line. Or click on this address: http://www.tronuni.org/content/newsletter

2. I have forgotten my password. How do I recover it?
Go to: http://www.tronuni.org/user/password and enter your email address that you used when registering for an account. Information on how to recover your password will be sent to this email address.
 
3. How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?
Go to the Newsletter page and login using your email address and password. Once you are logged in you will see your user account page. Or you could also directly click on this address: http://www.tronuni.org/user
Once you are at this page, at the bottom of this page you will find the "Unsubscribe" link. Click on this link to go into PayPal where you can choose the subscription you wish to unsubscribe from.
 
4. How can I change my password?
Go to the Newsletter page and login using your email address and password. Once you are logged in you will see your user account page. On this page you will see the tabs "View" and "Edit". Click on "Edit" to edit your user account information.
 
5. Why do I need a PayPal account?
A subscription on The Mt.Tron Mail is a recurring subscription which will automatically renew your yearly subscription period. PayPal needs an account so it can automatically charge the subscription fee once every year to automatically renew your subscription. You can at any time stop/unsubscribe from this subscription and PayPal will stop charging your account.
 
6. I have made the payment using PayPal but I still cannot see any Newsletters in the Newsletter page.

There are times when the transaction takes time to go through at PayPal and therefore it might take a while for PayPal to send the payment confirmation to our website. This happens automatically, and mostly it is instant, but at times when there may be delays, and it might take a few hours for the website to receive the confirmation. You might also need to logout of the website, and login again in to the Newsletter page. When you log in you will see your subscription status on your logged in user account page. And if your payment was confirmed successfully, you will see the newsletters in a box on the right side in the Newsletter page.
